EMC PRO is an exciting new football development and talent identification programme designed to bridge the gap between grassroots football and the professional game. Created for ambitious young players from U7 to U16, EMC PRO combines high-level coaching, continuous player assessment and genuine opportunities to be seen by professional academy scouts.
Every week, players train with UEFA-qualified coaches, develop within an environment inspired by professional academy football and compete alongside some of the best young players in the area. Unlike a one-off trial or showcase, EMC PRO gives coaches and visiting scouts the opportunity to watch players regularly, allowing them to see their ability, decision-making, attitude and development over time.
Two Pathways. One Destination. ⚽
EMC PRO offers both an Elite Squad and a Development Pathway. The Elite Squad is invitation-only and reserved for players identified as having genuine academy potential. Selected players receive weekly elite training, regular academy scout exposure, individual reviews and opportunities to play against professional academy opposition — with no weekly training fee.
The Development Pathway is for talented players who may need more time, coaching or experience before reaching Elite level. Players receive weekly coaching, an individual development plan and continuous assessment, with the opportunity to earn promotion into the free Elite Squad as they progress. There are no fixed squads — every player has the opportunity to develop and move forward.
EMC PRO isn’t about finding finished players. It’s about identifying potential, developing it and creating genuine opportunities. Whether your child is already attracting academy interest, is a standout grassroots player, has previously been released by an academy, or simply hasn’t yet had the opportunity to be seen, EMC PRO provides an environment designed to help ambitious young footballers take their next step.
