Jonny is one of the highest qualified coaches in the county. Jonny believes in total football and has created an EMC blueprint that is followed throughout the Academy.
Jonny is manager of our U11, U16 and U19 squads.
A former professional footballer with Bristol City, Henry has an unbelievable playing CV and is widely known as one of the best players in the non-league game.
Henry's focus shifted towards coaching at a young age, and has turned down various offers to go back into the higher levels of the game to put more energy into his academy.
Henry has recently taken on the role of England 6 a side manager, and led his team to the World Cup in Hungary.
Henry manages our U13 squad, who play in the Kent Youth League.
A young product of the EMC model Jake came through our Scholarship Programme to work full time with us. Jake is both a tremendous footballer and brilliant coach, his technical knowledge and tactical ideas have helped him rise to become our youngest head coach.
Jake manages our U12 squad.
Duncan is another product of our Scholarship Programme. Having completed his 3 years as a player on our full time programme he joined us as a full time staff member. Duncan is both a players and parents favourite at EMC! His energy and passion for the game are a big reason why we asked him to join our family as a full time staff member.
Duncan manages our U9 squad.
Having worked with Crystal Palace FC for 5 years now, Chris has achieved 5 academy signings including one who has gone on to represent their country. Covering Kent, Sussex & Surrey Chris will be at a game most of every weekend!
Former EMC Scholar Jamie (Macca) has cult hero status at our Academy. Jamie was a part of our 2018 U19 Kent Colleges League winning squad, and has now joined our staff on a full time basis. Jamie is manager of both our U8 and U10 squads, as well as assisting with the U11 and U19s.
Browny looks after our Sheppey centre with Jake and Macca. Browny's links with Larkfield give us a different pathway for our Scholars and young players, should they be ready for the SCEFL 1.
