Our Academy model looks to bridge the gap between grass roots and professional football, by professional, affordable, coaching. Our Academy model offers football for all young players, with fantastic, all weather surfaces at all our venues, and premier league standard equipment to give players every opportunity to develop.

The Academy Syllabus gives players the opportunity to develop technically, mentally and physically on their pathway to achieving their full potential. With strong links to professional clubs and semi professional clubs, EMC Academy sees our player pyramid helps players under 19 to reach the next level.
The EMC Academy sides play with an attacking possession based style of play; trying to keep the ball on the floor and playing out from the back at all times.
Our elite fixture list not only allows players to showcase their talents, but also to test themselves against some of the best players in the country.
