A massive congratulations to U10 goalkeeper Leon who has signed a contract with League 2 club Gillingham.

Leon has been a part of our Academy since the age of 6 and was an ever present in our impressive U10 squad.

Academy Manager Henry Muggeridge had this to say on Leon's signing: 'Leon has been an oustanding individual since joining our academy, he has always trained hard and been a reliable committed player who has given everything to get to the next level. I am absolutely delighted to hear about his progress, although not surprised. Leon is a modern day goalkeeper, who is rarely on his line and is unbelievable with his feet...He is certainly one to look out for in the future.'
